Renting a camera from our business is a straightforward process. Start by exploring our camera inventory, which includes a variety of professional cameras and accessories. Once you've chosen the camera that suits your needs, select your desired rental period, which can range from a day to several weeks. Add the camera to your cart and proceed to checkout. Provide the necessary information and payment details, and we will prepare the camera for pickup at our rental location or arrange for delivery to your specified address. When your rental period is over, return the camera, and we'll take care of any necessary maintenance and cleaning.
Same day delivery is a way to ship our gear, directly to you same day! Our process is as follows; once you select the gear you want - you will check out with your name & address you want us to ship too. As long as its 1 hour before our shop closes, it will be packed and shipped to as soon as its processed/packed in our store. It will be sent via our courier service right to your doorstep from there! If you order gear past our operating hours, it will be sent first thing the next morning to you. Upon rental completion you MUST return in person at our office during operating hours.
FEES: There will be a automatic $15 applied for this service for our courier driver if you choose this option.
If you accidentally damage a rented camera while using it, please notify us immediately. We understand that accidents can happen. The extent of the damage will be assessed, and you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to camera damage. Your honesty in reporting any issues is greatly appreciated, and we're here to assist you in resolving the situation as smoothly as possible.
Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period for a camera if you find that you need it for a longer duration than originally planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the camera's continued availability. Keep in mind that camera availability may vary, so it's advisable to let us know about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing photography needs.
